Excellent 12-Day Cambodia Trip with Tom and Team I started working with Tom by email at the end of August, and he was very responsive from the beginning. We were a group of eight friends from a hiking meetup group, and this was our first trip together. I was organizing the 12-day trip and wanted it to be a great experience for everyone. As we got closer to booking flights, we realized that traveling in and out of Phnom Penh was easier and more affordable than using Siem Reap. Tom gave me very helpful guidance on my original itinerary and was extremely flexible when we changed the starting point. He was easy to reach whenever we had questions. Our first guide in Phnom Penh was not very good, but when I shared that feedback, Tom quickly arranged for a different guide, Bunny, for the rest of the trip. Overall, I was very impressed with our guides. Bunny was knowledgeable, patient, and highly accommodating to our needs throughout the trip. There are a few areas for improvement. In a couple of places, the hotels were not very close to the town center, although in most locations the accommodations were quite good. We visited Phnom Penh, Siem Reap (including the big tour, small tour, and outer temples), Phnom Kulen, Banteay Chhmar, Battambang, Kampot, and Kep. There were multiple airport pickups in Phnom Penh. At the end of the trip, four of us crossed the land border into Vietnam, while the rest were dropped off at Phnom Penh airport. Everything ran on schedule, and every one of us was happy with the entire trip. The cost was very reasonable compared with the other companies I contacted during my initial search. I highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia.

Travel between cities and hotel pick up. Being an older couple traveling to Cambodia alone we were a bit concerned about safely getting from city to city. Taxi Tom was the solution! He met us outside the airport in Phnom Penh and brought us to our first hotel at midnight! Clean vehicles throughout our travels; courteous and kind drivers who anticipated our needs & safe travels under wild traffic conditions in the cities. Tom kept in regular contact with us through What’s App so we always knew when we would be picked up. Price was reasonable and fair! Best decision we made!

Highly recommended I would like to highly recommend Tom. He drove us from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville and later from the pier to the airport. He's reliable, punctual and very kind. We really enjoyed our time with him, as he shared so much history about Cambodia during the ride.
